Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about Paw-Trol.

Is it hard to clean?

No. The stainless steel parts come apart for an easy rinse. We recommend a quick clean every 1-2 weeks and replacing the filter regularly.

Will my pet use it?

Most pets are naturally drawn to moving water. Some take a few days to get used to it. Place it near their old bowl at first.

Is it noisy?

The pump is designed for quiet running. Keep the water above the minimum line so it stays quiet.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on all US orders. Most orders arrive in about 7-12 business days, with tracking.

What if I don't like it?

You have 30 days to return it. If it arrives damaged, we'll replace or refund it.
